PostSubject: VNCPTR's Original Yellow VN BT-1 Ex-Chaser   Sun Jun 08, 2008 3:06 pm

Hey all,

Here is my Project, it is a 1989 Yellow VN BT-1 Interceptor, Undertakin alot of work......... I brought the Car complete with a Group A Kit on it and crap, I took that off and was planin to put an Aero Body kit on it, that soon changed, iv desided to Put it all back ot Original VN BT-1 Spec.

Interior was going to be a custom job being yellow and Black, that idea has gone out the window and iv now decided to put the Original Brown interior back in to it.

As for the engine and Box, it was a very tired 5 Litre and the 5 speed box had seen better days, im currently building a 4 bolt main 355 Stroker, with still the T5 5 Speed box or possible a 6 speed (Not too sure as yet) Motor will be putting out around 500-550Hp when its done, with out the Supercharger i Plan to slap on the Beast.

Car as it sit's now is a mess, body not too good as im workin on it to get it painted soon and all done inside to how i want, once thats all done it will be only the runnin gear to be put in, like motor and box.

Suspention is all brand new with V8 Super Car springs, so its a very rough and ridged ride, but turns and handels around corner like nothing.

anyway here are some pic's of how the car it now.

Ps, the Group A Body Kits on it isn't mine, its my wife's for her VN.
